Product Issues and Returns
Carefully examine your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly for resolution. Certain items cannot be returned, including perishables (food, flowers, plants), custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. For exchanges, return the original item first, then place a new order.
We’ll notify you about refund approval within 15 business days of receiving your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though bank processing may take additional time.
